Get To Know Us
We start with an initial (no charges or fees) meeting. We get to understand your business what services you would like us to take on or if you don't know what you need we can advise what services would suit you and your business

Proposal & Engagement
We prepare a proposal of services with our monthly fee and a breakdown of what's included , you can ask any questions. If you would like to work with us we send an engagement letter (digital contract) for you to e-sign and we will prepare any software and send links for you to create your accounts. We use a client portal with bank level security for storing all data.

Let's Get To Work
If you have an accountant already we will send a clearance email asking for all information held so we can have a seamless handover. We will only send this once advised by you. If you have not had an accountant previously we will talk you through any software set up, show you how to prepare and send invoices if you want to do this yourself and be available for any and all questions.

How much do your services cost?
Our Sole Trader Bookkeeping & Tax Return Package starts at just £65 a month (about the cost of your daily coffee). This price is based on an average number of monthly transactions and includes your Tax Return at no extra charge.
Can I work with you if I'm not local?
Absolutely! Even though we're based in Hornchurch, Essex, we serve clients from Scotland to Cornwall thanks to our Cloud-Based Accounting. We can stay connected through Zoom, phone, WhatsApp, and email, no matter where you are.
What’s the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?
A bookkeeper helps you stay on top of your day-to-day finances — tracking income and expenses, managing receipts, reconciling bank accounts, and keeping your records tidy. An accountant takes that information to prepare year-end accounts and offer strategic advice. They both can provide VAT Support, Payroll Management and Tax services . We offer both services, so you get the best of both!
